I am a Transformational Life Coach, helping people find and realize their true purpose and realize it in their lives.
If you have this vague feeling inside of you that you are not fulfilled or living your best life, a life you love. then this is a sign that you need to make a change.
Many people go to work, and as one client who finally sought out a life coach for help, described her situation like this:
"When I got to the office, I had to check my soul at the door before I went in. And every day, when I left, I realized I had lost some of my soul that day."
Some people discover that they are stressed to the point that they cannot sleep well, and they develop health issues. Their relationships are impacted negatively as well. There was a woman who started to argue with her husband frequently. They were trying to have a baby but she could not conceive. Even after going for fertility treatment, they could not become pregnant. She knew something had to change because she felt so empty inside, and her life was far from a life she loved. After going to see a Life Coach, she identified the uneasiness of working as a dietitian.
She was helping people, but she felt as though she was meant to help so many more people then her position allowed. As it turns out, she became a Life Coach herself, working part-time at first while she kept her job, but then as she became more successful as a coach, she became a full-time Life Coach. It was work she loved! And as she made this shift, she became happier and more fulfilled. She and her husband stopped arguing and rekindled their loving relationship. To top it all off, she was able to become pregnant naturally and they now have two healthy children!
People are rarely asked, "If you had a life you loved, what would it look like?" When they answer this question, they start to envision an authentic life for themselves. This question permits them to express their dreams. Many times it has an element of helping others in their new vision for themselves.
And this is the beginning of creating a new life, with a new direction and following a new path.
But if we could have done this on our own, wouldn't we have done it already?
Almost all of us need help, support and guidance.
Accepting this help is sometimes seen as a sign that we are weak or that we should know better. But we don't know what we don't know. Thinking that we should know how to make an important change in our lives, does not change the fact that we really don't know how.
Yes, it can be scary to step out of your comfort zone and see a Life Coach to begin to discuss your discontent. But, if you are still reading this, you are not here by accident, and most likely you are feeling distress from your situation, asend that distress is greater than the fear of stepping out of what you know. Your present life circumstances are intolerable.
There was a client who searched for the right Life Coach for months and was ready to give up when she finally found a Life Coach she resonated with, and then signed up to work with her.
This is why we offer a free strategy session with prospective clients, to see if they are a good fit.
THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO HARD SELLING OR PERSUASION IN THESE SESSIONS.
We go over your situation, and give you an idea of the Life Coaching we use in order to help you. Not only with the issue that brought you to the session, but more about the curriculum we use as a foundation in our Life Coaching practice that is designed to be effective to help you realize the vision you have about the life you love.
These sessions are for about a half-hour but can go longer if necessary.
If we think you are a good fit for us, we will then invite you to be in our Life Coaching program. If you want to go further into this discussion, and you resonate with me and what we have covered, we will then discuss the Life Coaching packages we offer.
